1. Information We Collect

We collect your mobile phone number and your message subscription preferences (marketing and/or transactional) when you submit the opt-in form.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your phone number is used solely to deliver the SMS messages you opted in to. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

3. Data Retention

Your phone number is retained for as long as you are subscribed. When you opt out by replying STOP, your number is removed from active messaging lists.

4. Third-Party Services

SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, our messaging provider. Twilio processes phone numbers and message content as necessary to deliver SMS. See Twilio's privacy policy for details.

5. Your Rights

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also request deletion of your data by contacting brent.bitz@gmail.com.
